Web upload against information received from user units for the outstanding dues of firms approved under DG ESIC Rate Contract No. Homeo.2 dated June 25, 2020, valid from June 25, 2020, to June 24, 2022, extended until October 24, 2022.
Dear Madam/Sir, Regarding the aforementioned matter, we wish to inform you that this office sent out letters dated 09.01.2024, 08.02.2024, 27.02.2024, and 15.03.2024 to all concerned parties to ascertain whether any payments are outstanding under RC No. Homeo.2 dated 25/06/2020. However, no response has been received from any unit regarding outstanding amounts owed by any of the firms approved under the mentioned RC. It is therefore assumed that no outstanding payments are due from any firm approved under the said RC. The responsibility for failing to communicate any outstanding payments owed by any firm rests solely with the Dean/MS/DIMS or other heads of the respective ESIC and ESIS institutions responsible for procurement. ESIC Hqrs. will not engage in any further communication on this matter after April 13, 2024, as the Ayush Division will begin the process of releasing Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to all approved firms. This communication is issued with the approval of MC (Ayush). This notification was published on 08.04.2024.
