The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs on August 5, 2019, issued a
notification to amend the Rate of exchange of 100 units of Japanese Yen equivalent to Indian rupees, which was fixed by the Board vide its notification dated August 1, 2019.
Now, the rate of exchange of Japanese Yen for Imported Goods is Rs. 67.75 and Rs. 65.20 for Export Goods. These rates are applicable from August 6, 2019.
