The ministry of Labour And Employment vide a notification dated 9th July, 2019, has declared the services of the industry engaged in Food Stuffs (covered under item 6 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act,1947 ) to be a public utility service for six months from the date of this notification.
