The Government of Kerala has decided by a notification, that Kerala Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2018 shall come into force in respect of the these recognised systems of medicines from 15th June, 2019:
- Naturopathy
- Ayurveda
- Homoeopathy
- Sidha
- Unani
The Act has come into force from 1st January 2019. Section 1(2) provided power to the Government that it may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different recognised systems of medicine.
