National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) has issued a circular on 1st July, 2019 regarding filing of Form NFRA-1. The last date of filing is 31st July, 2019.
Earlier, MCA issued a clarification on Annual Return required to be filed under Rule 5 of the National Financial Reporting Authority Rules, 2018.
It was clarified that NFRA-1 can be filed within 30 days from the date of deployment of the form on the website of Ministry/ National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA).
NFRA-1 has been deployed on the website of National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) i.e. nfra.gov.in and hence, the same is required to be filed before 31st July, 2019.
