On July 1, 2019, Ministry of Corporate Affairs in its Official Website has provided Update on Form BEN-2 (Return to the Registrar in respect of declaration under Section 90) stating that the said form is likely to be made available on the MCA Portal from 02nd July, 2019 for filing purposes.
In reference to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Circular dated 06th September 2018, the time line for filing E-Form BEN-2 would be 30 days from the date of Deployment of the E-Form in MCA-21 portal and no additional fees will be levied if the same is filed within 30 days from the date of deployment.
