The Government of India (GOI) has announced an extension of the deadline for NEET-MDS aspirants to complete their internships. The extension has been provided until June 30, 2024. A public notice on this extension was issued on March 8, 2024.
However, despite this extension, the NEET-MDS Exam 2024 is scheduled to proceed as planned on March 18, 2024.
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will open the portal for registration of students completing their internship between April 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024, to appear in the NEET-MDS Exam 2024.
Aspirants are urged to take note of these developments and ensure timely registration for the examination, adhering to the updated internship completion timeline. This extension offers flexibility to candidates, allowing them sufficient time to fulfill internship requirements without affecting their eligibility for the NEET-MDS Exam.
