CAQM Updates Its Public Grievance Redressal Mechanism

The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) in NCR and Adjoining Areas has announced the availability of several officers to address public grievances effectively.

The following officers of the Commission will be accessible to the public every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (except holidays) from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM:

  1. OSD (Adffir.), CAQM
  2. Director (Technical), CAQM
  3. Member-Secretary, CAQM
  4. All Members (Technical), CAQM
  5. Chairperson, CAQM

The Commission emphasizes the importance of prior appointments, especially for meetings with the Chairperson. Therefore, individuals seeking to meet the Chairperson are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance.

Furthermore, the public can arrange meetings with the above officers at other times during office hours by securing appointments beforehand. This initiative aims to enhance accessibility and ensure timely resolution of public grievances.
