The General Administration Department has urged Cabinet Ministers to participate in the ‘Panchayat Chalo Abhiyan’ from February 27 to March 1, 2024, aligned with the national vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. Each Minister will spend at least one day per Assembly Constituency, engaging with stakeholders and visiting Gram Panchayats and Urban Local Bodies. This Notification was published on 25.02.2024.
Dr. Pramod Sawant, along with other Ministers, will visit designated areas, fostering community interaction and gathering feedback on developmental initiatives. This initiative echoes the nationwide Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, emphasizing grassroots engagement and effective governance. Ministers will also share meals with prominent individuals in the communities, showcasing a commitment to inclusive development.
