ESIC has issued the ESIC Contributory Health Scheme for Removal of difficulties faced by serving in availing secondary / SST treatment. It is clarified that the SoP of Medical Division, Headquarters is not applicable in case of serving employees and their dependents who are beneficiaries of ESIC Contributory Health Scheme.
Therefore while considering referral of the serving employees and their dependents strict compliance of the guidelines issued from time to time, in this regard, shall be ensured.
