The Goa Pavilion has been awarded the Special Appreciation Medal for Excellence in Thematic Presentation (State), at IITF 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The Director of Information & Publicity, along with, Founder & CEO of the Event Management Agency, M/s Advertising Associates handed over the certificate and trophy to the Chief Minister of Goa. This Notification was published on 25.01.2024.
The Goa Pavilion highlighted the Swayampurna Program 2.0 to match the theme of the trade fair ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’. The pavilion entrance proudly displayed accolades from Prime Minister, commending Chief Minister of Goa adept leadership in kickstarting the self-reliance initiative, propelling Goa towards the goals of Swayampurna Goa in alignment with the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. In addition to this, other exhibit panels featured a comprehensive message from the chief minister, outlining the state’s commitment to realizing its aspirations and attaining desired outcomes encapsulated in Atmanirbhar Bharat Swayampurna Goa 2.0. The Goa Pavilion, orchestrated by the Department of Information & Publicity, the pivotal arm of the state government, showcased a plethora of key initiatives aimed at positioning Goa as a prime global investment destination. Furthermore, it underscored the state’s stature as the eminent event hub of India, underscoring its successful hosting of prestigious international gatherings such as the G20 Summit, International Film Festival of India, Ironman, as well as national events including the National Games, Serendipity Arts Festival, and more. The Advertising Associates, a renowned agency hailing from Goa, spearheaded the conceptualization, design, erection, and management of the Goa Pavilion and its ancillary activities, ensuring a seamless and captivating representation of the state’s unique offerings.
