In exercise of powers conferred and its relevant Sub Sections of Electricity Act, 2003 (the Act), the Commission has made draft regulation as mentioned at (a) & (b) below. The draft regulation is available in the Commission’s website viz. www.apserc.nic.in and can be downloaded. a) Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for determination of Renewable Energy Tariff) Regulations, 2024. (b) Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grid Interactive Distributed Renewable Energy System with Net Metering, Net Billing/Net Feed-In, Gross Metering and Its Related Matters) Regulations, 2024. This Notification was published on 25.01.2024.
Notice is hereby given under the Act for any comments/suggestions/objections on the draft regulations which may be sent by any interested person(s) / stakeholders to the undersigned latest by 15th February, 2024 at the address given above or through email at apserc-arn@gov.in followed by signed hard copy. The comments/suggestions/objections received after the stipulated date in the Commission’s office may not be considered while finalizing these regulations.
