Central Government on 29th January, 2024 has issued the International Financial Services Centers Authority (Payment Services) Regulations, 2024. Any person desirous of providing Payment Services in or from IFSC (hereinafter referred to as “the Applicant”) shall submit an application to the Authority, for grant of authorization as a Payment Service Provider.
The application shall be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee as may be specified by the Authority. A person authorized as a Payment Service Provider may provide one or more of Payment Services.
