Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the makes the following Regulations to amend the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure for filing appeal before the Appellate Authority) Regulations 2004[G-15 of 2004]herein after referred to as “Principal Regulations”. These Regulations shall be called the “Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure for filing appeal before the Appellate Authority) Regulations 2004(Second Amendment). These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette. This Notification was published on 19.01.2024.
Schedule appended with the Principal Regulations is amended as under: –
Paragraph “V” of the schedule is substituted as under: –
“V. The appellant has paid half of the assessed amount RS.________________ by way of Demand Draft bearing No._______________ dated__________ to the licensee as per the Electricity Act, 2003. “Proof of payment is enclosed.”
Serial No. 3 under List of Enclosures to the schedule is substituted as under: –
” Reference of deposition of half of the assessed amount.”
