Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) Launches ‘Pahal’ Vigilance Journal

The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA), a Government of India enterprise under the administrative control of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), has unveiled its house journal, ‘Pahal,’ belonging to its Vigilance Department. A press release on this launch was issued on January 26, 2024.

The inauguration ceremony was presided over by the Chairman & Managing Director of IREDA, on January 25, 2024, at the registered office of IREDA in New Delhi. The event witnessed the presence of Chief Vigilance Officer and other senior officials.

The introduction of ‘Pahal‘ marks a significant stride towards promoting transparency, accountability, and the advancement of renewable energy initiatives by IREDA.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the launch, the CMD underscored the potential impact of increased employee and children’s participation in ‘Pahal.’ He emphasized the pivotal role of raising awareness among children through their contributions, such as articles and poems, in driving renewable energy development initiatives forward.
