The Director (Medical) Delhi, ESIC Hospital Complex, invites applications from Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers and Blood Banks which are empaneled with Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) and situated in the region of Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Manesar, Sahibabad, Noida, G. Noida & Ghaziabad for empanelment for two years for providing Super- Specialty Services. This notification was published on the date of 04.12.2023.
HCOs are requested to go through the contents of the standard MoU from page no. 188 to 239 of
referral policy for the T&C, as available on ESIC Website while applying for empanelment for
super specialty services. The Applications with documents should be submitted in physical form at special counter for SST Empanelment, Med Branch-II, 5th Floor, D(M)D Office, Admin Block, ESIC Hospital
