The Indian Nursing Council (INC) has issued a notification publicizing the deadline for uploading the compliance report. This notification applies to nursing institutions where suitability is not extended for the A.Y 2023-24. The notification was issued on December 7, 2023.
The notification explains that in cases where the institution made a renewal application for 2023-2024, but its suitability was not extended it shall download the deficiencies/ suitability letter. This letter can be downloaded from the online application site through the application ID.
Moreover, the compliance of the deficiencies shall also be uploaded with the same application ID. The institution shall use the same user name and password to upload the compliance of deficiencies.
It is important to note that the INC will not consider any compliance reports that are submitted to it in hard copies under any circumstances. Since the entire process is online, only those institutions that upload their compliances on the INC portal will be considered for issuing renewed suitability letters.
The last date for uploading the compliance documents is December 14, 2023.
