The Governor of Bihar on 30th October, 2023 has issued an order establishing Court of Subordinate Judge and Court of Munsif. This notification will come into effect from 4th November, 2023
The key highlights of this notification are as follows:
(a) The Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] and the Court of Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Forbesganj Sub-division in the district of Araria shall be established at Forbesganj;
(b) The Jurisdiction of these courts shall be the entire local limits of the Sub-division of Forbesganj in the District of Araria;
(c) They shall hold their sittings at Forbesganj.
