The Director General of Foreign Trade on 22nd June, 2023 has amended the Export Policy of following items related to Chrome Ore:
- Chromium Ores and Concentrates
- Chrome ore lumps, containing 47% Cr2O3 and above.
- Chrome ore lumps containing 40% or more but less that 47% Cr2O3
- Chrome ore lumps below 40% Cr2O3 STE Export through MMTC Limited
- Chrome ore friable and concentrates fixes containing 47% Cr2O3
The export is permitted subject to Authorization.
