The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued an order notifying 3 Authorised Officers under FSS (Imports) Regulation, 2017. This order was issued on 12th June, 2023.
These officers are appointed for the purpose of clearance of imported food at the following food entry points:
- JNCH Nhava Seva (JNPT I and JNPT II)
- SEZ Arshiya Ltd- Mumbai (JNPT I and JNPT II)
- Mumbai Air Cargo
- Mumbai Sea Port
This order will come into effect from 30th June, 2023.
