Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Office of the Commissioner (Labor) on 1st May, 2023 issued circular for the officers/officials who are drawing salary from Labor department to furnish their savings details in the format available with the Accounts branch with supporting documents and to submit it latest by 15th May, 2023.
The officers are directed to select the old/new tax regime while submitting application. If no option submitted then their tax shall be deducted under new tax regime. Tax shall be deducted taking into account the income and savings as per the records available.
