IRDAI Information and Cyber Security Guidelines, 2023

IRDAI vide notification dated 24.04.2023 has issued the IRDAI Information and Cyber Security Guidelines, 2023. Following entities shall comply with the guidelines:

1. Insurers
2. FRBs
3. Insurance Intermediaries covering Brokers
4. Corporate Agents
5. Web Aggregators
6. TPAs
7. IMFs
8. Insurance Repositories
9. ISNP
10. Corporate Surveyors
11. MISPs
12. CSCs
13. Insurance Information Bureau of India (IIB).

Those entities who have already completed security audit for FY 2022-23 shall ensure compliance with these guidelines from next financial year.
