The Directorate of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a notification on the extension of the validity ANFs and Appendices under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015- 2020. This notification was issued on 11th April, 2023.
These ANFs and Appendices under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015- 2020 will be extended till 31st May, 2023 or till new ANFs and Appendices are notified under the Foreign Trade Policy 2023 (FTP 2023), whichever is earlier. However, the ANFs and Appendices shall not be inconsistent with FTP 2023 and Handbook of Procedures 2023 (HBP 2023).
