The Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has issued a notice stating that the annual accounts for the financial year 2022-2023 will be closed by video conferencing. This notice was published on 27th March, 2023.
The schedule for the video conferences will be as follows:
- The concerned officials of the ESIC Hospitals, ESIC medical colleges shall attend the video conference on 31st March, 2023 at 11am to 1pm.
- The concerned officials of the Regional Offices, Sub-Regional Offices, NTA headquarters shall attend the video conference on 31st March, 2023 at 3pm to 5pm.

- clarifications of doubt in respect of guidelines dated 2nd March, 2023
- Booking of capital expenditure and issue of suspense slip to the headquarters thereof
- getting certified copy of banks statements of all bank accounts
- physical verification of fixed assets and annual verification of stocks of medical/ other inventories
- creation/ discharge of liabilities
