The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) has issued a notification amending certain industries under its categorisation system. This notification was issued on 22nd February, 2023.
The changes have been introduced in the Orange and Green Category as follows:
- ‘Aluminium and copper extraction from scrap from oil fired furnace’ mentioned in the orange category is removed from the categorisation of industries and
- Sorting of henna leaves, then separation of leaves, seeds and grass and packing of leaves has been added to the green category
The rest of the categorisation remains unchanged.
