The Government of West Bengal has issued a notification regarding an extension of the due date of submission of return relating to “Evidence in support of claim for deduction from turnover of sales” under the West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003. This extension was issued on 3rd February, 2023.
In respect of Form 14/14D, the late date payment of net tax, interest, if any, payable according to that return was 31st January, 2023. This date has now been extended for the transmission of data electronically and is fixed as 15th February, 2023. Further, the extended date of furnishing acknowledgment of that return, if applicable is 28th February, 2023
In respect of Form 15, the late date payment of net tax, and interest, if any, payable according to that return was 31st January, 2023, the extended date of transmission of data electronically of that return is 15th February, 2023, and the extended date of furnishing acknowledgment of that return, if applicable is 28th February, 2023.
