SEBI vide circular dated 27 January, 2023 has announced that any investor having any dispute with the listed entity, share transfer agent or registrar to an issue shall be eligible to apply to the stock exchange for arbitration. All stock exchanges are directed to intimate the same to listed entities and all listed entities shall intimate the same to investors through email or SMS.
