The Pharmacy Council of India has issued a circular that seeks to further the interests of the pharmacists in India by facilitating them to work across the country. The circular was issued on 21st December, 2022.
In the meeting of the 381st Executive Council on 111th November, 2022 it was decided that the State Pharmacy Councils shall expediate registration cases involving transfer of registration. This shall be undertaken within 7 days. It shall be particularly expediated where pharmacists are working for the Defence Ministry and other govt. departments having transferable jobs.
