The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on December 16, 2022, issued a notification for Enhanced Supervision of Stock Brokers/Depository Participants wherein members are required to identify their Key Management Personnel (KMP) and update their PAN details on the Exchange platform.
The module related to submission/updation of Key Management Personnel details has been migrated from the digital portal to ENIT portal.
Submission of Key Management Personnel details shall be done through ENIT portal only with effect from December 19, 2022. The existing functionality for reporting through the digital portal will be disabled and the same will not be available from the said date.
