The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) has issued a notice of the decisions taken by its 384th Executive Committee. The said notice was issued on 14th December, 2022. The notice elucidates that the decisions are being reflected on the Council’s website.
All institutions seeking to appeal the committee’s decision shall submit compliance or representation on or before 21st December, 2022. This representation shall be made only on the instituion’s dashboard. Th PCI will not entertain any separate email or hard copy in this regard.
In the following circumstances the representations/ compliances will not be considered by the PCI:
- compliances/ representations are not made on the institution’s dashboard
- compliance or representation are not made on or before 21st December, 2022
The compliance shall be made on the dashboard only in the format prescribed in the present notice.
All supporting documentary evidence must be in English or Hindi. In the absence of this, a clearly legible translated copy attested by the principal may be provided.
