The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) vide notification dated September 13, 2022 has declared that a DOT Dashboard of Dashboards (DoD) will be launched with feeds from all DOT portals and there will be two versions of the DoD a Public DoD for Citizens including businesses, and other DOD for Internal Users only.
Chatbots and other advanced features may be developed for public-centric applications. On the home page, these portals shall have links to various portals of DoT and important portals of Gol. Each Portal should have an appropriate mechanism for Load Balancing, Data Backup, Security Audit, and compliance for all its Portals and Dashboards.
