University Grants Commission vide circular dated 19 September, 2022, has directed all the Vice Chancellors of the Universities and Principals of the colleges to initiate and encourage the youth to avail the benefits of the initiatives of IKS division of the Ministry of Education.
With a vision to promote interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary research on all aspects of India Knowledge System (lKS), preserve and disseminate IKS knowledge of further research, and societal application, IKS Division of Ministry of Education was established which has announced the following initiatives:
- Outcome Based Research Proposal Program 2022-2023;
- IKS Center Proposal Program 2022-2023;
- IKS Internship Program 2022-2023
