SEBI requests submission of information pertaining to Unclaimed Non-convertible Securities listed by non companies

SEBI vide notice dated September 6, 2022 has requested submission of information pertaining to ‘Unclaimed Non-convertible Securities’. All entities which do not fall within the definition of ‘Company’ under the Companies Act, 201 and which had listed non-convertible securities; if they have unclaimed interest/ dividend and/ or principal/ redemption amount on the said instruments as on August 31, 2022, shall submit following information:

1. Amount remaining unclaimed*–Interest/ Dividend
2. Amount remaining unclaimed*–Principal/ Redemption
3. Date of redemption
4. Amount lying with (Escrow account/ Others)

The aforementioned information is to be submitted to the email ids –pradeepr@sebi.gov.in, divyah@sebi.gov.inand akanshag@sebi.gov.in, latest by September 15, 2022.
