The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on August 18, 2022 has clarified that ‘Ursodeoxycholic Acid (UDCA)’ originating in or exported from China PR and Korea RP and imported into India are at dumped prices and then the domestic industry has suffered material injury caused by the dumped imports. The Central Government has therefore imposed on the subject goods anti-dumping duty effective for a period of six months unless revoked, amended, or superseded earlier, from the date of publication of this notification.
