Ministry of Chemical and Fertilizers notifies the implementation date for QCOs on Morpholine, Acetic Acid, Methanol and Aniline.

The Ministry of Chemical and Fertilizers on 27^th July 2022, has notified the date for implementation of quality control orders on Acetic Acid, Aniline, Methanol and Morpholine, With this amendment, the Quality Control Order for acetic acid, methanol and aniline shall come into force from 3^rd February 2022 and Morpholine (Quality Control) Order, 2020 shall be effective from 1^st February 2022.

These articles/goods shall conform to the following Indian Standard specified and shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the Bureau as per Scheme-I of Schedule-II of the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018. The Bureau shall be the certifying and enforcing authority in respect of the goods or articles specified above.
