The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways vide notification dated April 11, 2022 has amended Notification dated 07th March, 2019 dealing with National Highway projects. The amendment provides that no user fee shall be levied for the delayed period between the Scheduled date of completion as per agreement and the date of actual completion of national highway project, if it is delayed. Any provisional completion of the project shall not be treated as completion of the project.
