The National Medical Commission on 10th March 2022 has issued notice to medical colleges applying for increase of PG seats either broad specialty (MD/MS) or super specialty (DM/MCh).
The medical colleges applying for increase of PG seats should have received letter of permission for their previous batch and one the batches completing the course should have been inspected during the examination and also been inspected for the purpose of recognition.
Further, only those colleges which has received the recognition shall be eligible to apply for increase of seats.
