The State Government of Bihar vide its notification dated 25th January 2022 has notified the fees payable for the grant or grant of license for cane crushing in a factory and cane crushing and manufacturing in a unit.
As per rule 17(1) of Bihar Cane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Rule, 1978, the fee for granting first license to the occupier of the factory shall be 50,000/- and for renewal of license in respect of a factory shall be 50,000/-.
Further the fee for license granted to the owner of a unit shall be Rs.2000/- and the renewal fee shall be Rs.2000/-.
