The Employees State Insurance Corporation vide notification dated 8th November, 2021 has extended medical benefit to the areas of Ahmednagar, Jalna and Yavatmal districts in Maharashtra. The Director General has fixed the 01/11/2021 as the date from, which the medical benefit under the Maharashtra Employees’ State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1953 shall be extended to the families of insured persons in the entire area of Ahmednagar, Jalna and Yavatmal districts in the State of Maharashtra.
