Rajasthan PCB issues revised checklist of documents to be submitted to obtain Consent to establish/operate/authorization/registration

The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board vide office order dated 20 October, 2021 has issued the revised checklist of documents to be submitted to obtain Consent to establish/operate/authorization/registration under E-Waste Management Rules, 2016, Bio-medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 and Hazardous and Other Waste (Management and Trans-boundary Movement) Rules, 2016. The following checklists are provided as annexures:

1. Check list of documents for applications for authorization under Rule 6 of the Hazardous and Other Waste (Management & Trans-boundary Movement) Rules, 2016
2. Check list for Generators of HW seeking authorization for transportation also (fresh and renewal applications)
3. Check list for users/ recyclers of HW not seeking authorization for transportation (fresh and renewal applications)
4. Check list for users/ recyclers of HW seeking authorization for transportation
5. Check list of documents to be enclosed along with the application for Consent to Establish under the Air Act and the Water Act and applicable fee for E-waste.
6. Check list of documents to be enclosed alongwith the application for Consent to operate under the Air Act and the Water Act and applicable fee for e-waste recycler/ dismantler/ refurshiber.
7. Check List of Documents for Authorization Under E-Waste (Management) Rules. 2016- Fresh/ Renewal.
8. Check list of documents to be enclosed along with the application for consent to Establish under the Air Act and the water Act and applicable fee for Health care Facilities (HCFs).
9. Check list of documents to be enclosed along with application for consent operate under the Air Act and the water Act for healthcare Facilities (HCFs).
10. Check List of documents to be enclosed alongwith the application for consent to Operate under the Air Act and the Water Act for Mines.
