The Government of NCT Delhi vide circular dated 1st October, 2021 has provided that application for P-10 Permit for service of Indian liquor and foreign liquor in private functions/parties shall be submitted 7 days before function/party. The licensee shall be allowed to have a maximum of number of 6 vends for purchase of liquor.
Earlier, anyone seeking P 10 licence was required to apply two days before the event and could purchase Indian and foreign liquor from only three vends. The P-10 licence is required for servicing liquor in anyprivate events inside specific premises located anywhere in Delhi, excluding public parks.
