Revised Manual of Methods of Analysis of foods – Dairy and Dairy Products

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India vide circular dated 27th September, 202l has issued draft Revised Manual of Methods of Analysis of foods – Dairy and Dairy Products. The test methods given in the manual are standardized/ validated/ taken from national or international methods or recognized specifications. The testing laboratory are advised to verify the performance of these methods onsite and ensure that it gives proper results before putting these methods in to use.

The Comments/suggestions; if any, should be furnished to FSSAI in the prescribed format within a period of 30 days of publication of this notice via email.
