T.N Government issues timelines for business institutions to avail benefits under welfare schemes

The Tamil Nadu(T.N) Government through circular dated 13 August, 2021 has issued revised timelines for business institutions to avail benefits under welfare schemes.

1. The due date for providing Sanction of individual based subsidy/Interest subvention in case of an Application for New Entrepreneur cum-Enterprise Development shall be 30 days. Disbursement after the issue of valid sanction order/letter, subject to the availability of necessary funds shall be completed within 15 days.
2. The due date for providing Sanction of individual based subsidy in case of an Application for Unemployed Youth Industries and Employment Generation Programme (UYEGP) shall be 30 days. Disbursement after the issue of valid sanction order/letter, subject to the availability of necessary funds shall be completed within 15 days.
3. The due date for providing Sanction of individual based incentive in case of an Application for approval of Promotion of Energy Audit and Conservation of Energy shall be 30 days. Disbursement after the issue of valid sanction order/letter, subject to the availability of necessary funds shall be completed within 15 days.
