The Ministry of Commerce and Industry vide notification dated July 30, 2021 has issued the Tea (Marketing) Control (Amendment) Order, 2021. The amendment revises following application forms:
- Form-A: Application for Registration under para3(2) of tea (marketing) control order 2003,
- Form-G: Application for licence under para 11 of tea (marketing) control order 2003,
- Form-K: Application for issuance of a certificate under para 3A of tea (marketing) control order 2003.
