The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers on 20th July,2021, has issued Drugs (Prices Control) Amendment Order, 2021. ‘Form VI – Proforma for Price List for Medical Devices’ has been included in the new order. Every manufacturer and importer shall now on issue a price list and supplementary price list for medical devices, if required, in ‘Form V- Proforma for Price List’ or ‘Form VI- Proforma for Price List for Medical Devices’, to the dealers, State Drug Controllers and the Government indicating fixed prices and changes from time to time.
