Clarification regarding minimum % acidity for ‘Lemon’

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India through circular dated 8 July, 2021 has issued clarification regarding minimum % acidity for ‘Lemon’. It is clarified that minimum percent of acidity for Lemon shall be “minimum 3.5” instead of “minimum 5”.
