The Jharkhand Pollution Control Board through office order dated 21.05.2021 has constituted a grievance redressal cell to work in matters related to grievances raised and to resolve the matters facilitating smooth functioning of the board. The grievances can be send to the board by stakeholders and the members of the Grievance redressal cell. The order has also constituted following cells:
- Legal Cell
- R & D Cell
- Training Cell
- Information Technology Cell
- Public Relations officer
These offices shall report to the Member secretary , JPCB.
