The State Government of Rajasthan on 11th June 2021 has exempted 25% of amount on initial license fees or basic license fee, payable for the year 2021-2022 by the licensee for renewal or fresh grant of license of Hotel bar, Club bar or Restaurant bar.
Provided that whose license has been renewed for the year 2021-2022 prior to this notification, no refund shall be allowed but the amount of exemption granted by this notification shall be adjusted at the time of renewal of their licence for the year 2022-2023.
