Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission on 04-06-2021 has issued the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensees Standard of performance) Third Amendment Regulation 2021. The Licensees under the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensees Standard of performance) Regulations shall submit a report to the commission on a quarterly basis indicating the cases in which compensation was paid or denied. The commission shall decide if the denial is proper or not.
During instance of force majeure events, the licensees shall submit public notice specifying the intended date within which the services shall be restored.
