The Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) issues Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for reprocessing wrongly rejected packets in SSUP. SSUP BPO reprocessing functionality is to be invoked in such cases. As per SSUP BPO reprocessing functionality, the residents can complaint through phone no. 1947 or through E-mail. CRM should transfer the complaints to the concerned RO in 2 days and request Tech Centre to acquire packet to the replay portal. Then, the ROs shall request Tech Support to assign the rejected packet for review. It will be verified by NISG, an official appointed by UIDAI. If found wrongly rejected, the packets will be forwarded to approver. Further, packet shall be moved to SEDA for further processing. The status shall be intimated to the resident by SMS/E-mail.
